Scott brings a mentoring mindset shaped by military leadership, sports coaching, and hands-on experience. Scott Davis Ventures is his umbrella company for sharing knowledge and helping clients take informed next steps.
He holds a South Carolina Real Estate Salesperson License and provides professional real estate services under his team and broker in charge, Palmetto Park Realty Team at LPT Realty. His beginner coaching covers real estate investing and the basic financial and tax concepts that apply to it. It is educational mentoring based on study and practical knowledge.
